Will and Jada Pinkett Smith’s daughter, Willow, caused havoc last month after a photograph of her and a topless Moises Arias surfaced online. However, despite previous reports suggesting that the 13-year-old’s parents were under investigation over the whole thing, sources have now said that they are no longer being questioned.
According to Radar Online, insiders have said that the showbiz couple have now officially been cleared by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family, after many frowned upon the pic, showing Willow led on a bed with 20-year-old Moises, who didn’t have a top on.
DCFS officials have told the publication that although no action will be taken against Will and his wife, they have advised them to keep a close eye on their children’s social media pages in future. A source told the site that after investigators examined the case and spoke with those involved, they discovered "no evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around Moises, or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused," they said, claiming that Willow was "a very well adjusted, smart, and articulate young lady." After the photo surfaced online, Jada spoke out about the incident, accusing press of making a huge deal out of nothing. "You guys are projecting your trash onto it, and you’re acting like covert pedophiles, and that’s not cool," she told TMZ.
