Uh-oh! It looks like Kanye West forgot to cross a few of his T’s on this past album. As all Kanye fans know, he is the music sampling king, but his new song "Bound 2," which features wifey-to-be Kim Kardashian in the steamy video has recently cost him to be hit with a big lawsuit. Ricky Spicer, the former lead singer of the children’s R&B group The Ponderosa Twins plus One is suing Kanye, Roc-A-Fella Records, Island Def-Jam Music, Rhino Entertainment and Universal Music Group for using his voice on "Bound 2." He filed the suit on Monday in Manhattan Supreme Court and it reads: "Mr. Spicer’s voice is sampled exactly as he recorded it and his voice... is heard several times." He seeks compensation or demands ‘Ye "cease and desist" from using his voice.
Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford popped the question to ‘Basketball Wives’ star Evelyn Lozada on Christmas Day and she said ‘yes!’ The couple are expecting their first child and Lozada was gifted with a whopping 14.5-carat diamond engagement ring. Lozada, who was an almost-basketball wife, a football wife, and now soon-to-be baseball wife has certainly covered her bases. After learning about the engagement, the public also learned about a new custody lawsuit involving Crawford and his baby mama Amy Freeman. The two have a 9-year-old son and 5-month-old daughter. Seeing that Evelyn is six months pregnant, it seems like Crawford may have been double dipping.
And speaking of whopping diamond rings, it seems like R&B songstress and reality personality Tamar Braxton has officially won in terms of gaudy Christmas presents. On Christmas Day, her husband, Vincent Herbert presented her with a huge 15-carat canary diamond ring. Tamar shared the photo on Instagram with the caption: "I’ll say yes! &yes! &YES Vincent Herbert a zillion years... cause we will #STAY&#FIGHT!! I’ll LOVE you forever!!... man of my dreams!!! We’re so true...." Fans of the show have heard Tamar asking for her "Push Gift," which is a gift to the baby mama from the baby daddy for pushing the baby out. She hinted at diamonds, a watch or lip gloss. It looks like Vince one-upped her with the diamond ring with VS1 clarity.

Reality star Chrissy Lampkin, who is Jim Jones’ fianceé may need to look into boxing as another profession. Chrissy was seen in Love and Hip Hop NY a couple of seasons ago punching and kicking Kimbella in the face, and this past weekend, she was busted for a club brawl which left her victim in the hospital. Chrissy was arrested by Edgewater, NJ police at 2:30am for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. Sources say that the woman Chrissy fought was beaten so badly that she required stitches above her eye. Supposedly, the victim was attacked because she bumped into someone and sat on the same sofa as Chrissy. Whether the reasoning behind the brawl is true or false, we should all agree that Chrissy is too old to be fighting in the streets.
