Pop singer, actress, and Hong Kong native Kelly Chen was spotted wearing a Christian Dior one-shoulder mini-dress. The dress was made of iridescent pink satin and blue organza materials. She added a pair of black shorts which stayed true to the runway look. She finished her look with Stella McCartney hologram pumps and a Saint Laurent studded leather cuff.
Tina Fey was spotted outside of the ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ wearing a black Reed Krakoff dress. The design featured a white printed-and-perforated bodice which gives her a perfect hourglass silhouette. She completed the chic look with a pair of black Casadei pumps.
Model/Actress Pace Wu looked stunning, in an expertly tailored Roland Mouret red dress. The designer Mouret, who is known for his superior folding techniques, designed this gown with origami-like folds on the curves of the dress. A pair of metallic-gold Christian Louboutin ‘Poseidon’ peep-toe pumps finished off her look.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s casually chic fashion choice caught my eye as she made the rounds in the UK. She was spotted wearing a black Gerard Darel silk jumpsuit. The design featured longer sleeves and a gathered waist. She added a pop of color with a baby-blue Giorgio Armani tote. Michael Kors designs took care of her watch and sandals and she finished her look with a pair of Miu Miu shades.
Sonam Kapoor was spotted wearing a Victoria Beckham military-inspired dress. Sonam kept the military look going with a pair of black lace-up booties. The dark green and black form fitting dress featured military button detailing and a ¾ sleeve. Cute look but I wish she would have worn the belt that was seen on the runway look.
Out and About
Sienna Miller is one of the many celebrities that have been seen wearing the Dolce & Gabbana’s floral-print dress. This summery baby-doll sundress features a fruit print and has sequin details. She paired the dress with a pair of Charlotte Olympia ‘Sugar High’ sandals.
Miranda Kerr looked like she walked out of an advertisement as she walked around New York City in a red chiffon floral v-neck dress. The 70’s bell sleeves and flowy dress danced around her as she carried her adorable son Flynn to a playdate. She added a pair of J. Crew Studded Sandals and wore a pair of Adobe and Oliver Peoples Benedict Basic Shades.
2013 MTV Music Video Awards
This year at the 2013 MTV Justin Timberlake concert...I mean Music Video Awards, a few of your favorite starlets came to play in their finest threads. There wasn’t much to remember about this year’s program besides Timberlake’s amazing performance despite audio quality issues and the nanosecond NSync reunion. Folks speculated about said reunion and Justin delivered in a “Beyonce Superbowl Destiny’s Child reunion” sort of way. All I have to say about Miley Cyrus’ performance is keep that tongue reeled in and remember...sometimes less is more. I’m still rooting for ya Miley. Taylor, oh Taylor...Harry Styles says it’s cold in the shade. Now on to the fashion.
Naya Rivera wore a black vintage long-sleeved Paco Rabanne gown that had skin bearing detailing at the waist accented with gold chains. A number of Marina B rings, dark makeup and her hair flowing with soft curls completed the look.
Taylor Swift gets my vote for best dressed of the night. She wore a black crystallized Herve Leger gown that featured spaghetti straps and a plunging neckline. The classic Hollywood look was completed with retro pin curls, a dark smokey makeup look and beautiful statement earrings.
Selena Gomez wore a jaw-dropping Atelier Versace design. This gown featured a tear away effect that exposed a lacy bustier underneath. A pair of emerald Lorraine Schwartz earrings completed this look.
