v38_duncanA public memorial for the late Michael Clarke Duncan included a screening of the actor’s breakout, Oscar-nominated performance in "The Green Mile."

NBC Los Angeles affiliate Channel 4 reports that Sunday’s four-hour tribute at Forest Lawn in the Hollywood Hills also featured speeches from Duncan friends and a slideshow, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

v38_jamiefoxx“Django Unchained” is one of this year’s most anticipated films by Quentin Tarantino. But be assured, it’s not just another “slave” movie.

The trailer debuted last month and it got some mixed reviews. But it certainly looks like a classic, bloody Tarantino movie.

Set in pre-Civil War America, Jamie Foxx plays the main character, a formerly enslaved African on a pursuit to get revenge for the lives plantation owners took.

The film isn’t actually finished yet, work is still being done in New Orleans. But it’s already got a good buzz going.

v36_Zoe“The Words” is a romantic thriller. Let’s just start there. The movie focuses on Rory Jansen, a talented writer, played by Bradley Cooper, and his gorgeous wife, portrayed by Zöe Saldana.

The plot spotlights the pressure he’s under to achieve success. Jansen finds an unpublished manuscript and passes it off as his own.

Jansen crosses paths with another man, an older writer. Oscar winner Jeremy Irons is in that role. This is where the thrill ride begins.

v32_RushHour3“Rush Hour” producer Arthur Sarkissian confirmed over the weekend that “Rush Hour 4” is finally in production with its two returning stars.

”I am working on ‘Rush Hour 4’ right now with Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan,” he said. “I’m trying to do it closer to how I did ‘Rush Hour 1’, more down to earth, more gritty, introduce two new characters and make it real, the way the first one was.”

Sarkissian says the new production will be ”more gritty” in a similar way to the franchise’s 1998 debut, which saw the pair portray cops who team up to retrieve a kidnapped child.

v32_OprahWe don’t think you want to mess with Oprah unless you’ve got all your facts right. And even then, it still might not be a good idea.

One of her Twitter followers, AWALK @awalkdatalk, found that out Sunday evening after tweeting this:

@Oprah when are u going 2 give back 2 the ghettos in america?
